A paper authored by Assistant Professor Shohei Ochi, Masashi Azuma, Professor Noriko Osumi, and colleagues has been published in Journal of Neuroscience Methods.(2026.06.11)
In this study, the authors developed IntelliProfiler 2.0, an improved version of the IntelliProfiler behavioral analysis workflow, which uses the high-resolution home-cage RFID system eeeHive 2D (Phenovance) to analyze the behavior of multiple group-housed mice.
IntelliProfiler 2.0 enables data import, preprocessing, feature extraction, statistical analysis, and visualization to be performed within a single R environment.
This work is expected to provide a useful platform for more accessible analysis of natural group behaviors in diverse mouse models.Article
